YES! We have a "walk-in" Shop located at 2123 Martin Road, Mogadore, OH 44260.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! We gladly accept phone orders....and you can phone anytime. Simply give us a call at 1-330-594-7119 and we'll be glad to assist you during regular shop hours....or, leave us a message.
Can I place an order through regular "snail mail".
Yes! There are 2 ways to order through the mail.
A. You can make all your selections on the website, print out the final order form and mail that to us with your payment.
B. Print a blank Order Form (click on the button at the bottom of the Main catalog page) ...or just write your selections on a piece of paper and mail them to us. And, if you call or email to let us know your order is on the way...we'll hold your selections for you 7 days to give your order time to reach us.
Do you take International orders?
Yes! International customers can order on the website and use a Credit Card or PAYPAL as a payment method.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards on our secure website. We also accept personal checks, PayPal and money orders. Personal checks must clear the bank before items will be shipped. To place orders using checks or money orders, mail the order form with your payment ...or...simply put a note in the Special Instruction box at the Checkout page and leave the credit card spaces blank. Are you and your staff quilters?
Yes! I've been quilting 30+ years and have enjoyed doing all types of needlework since I was a little girl. I only sell the kind of quality items that I, myself, like to use.
Do you take special orders and requests for fabric and quilting items?
Yes! We will be glad to special order something you are looking for...and there are no extra charges for special order items.
What if I want to return something?
Generally....unless the item is damaged we do not accept returns. If the item can be re-stocked we MAY (at our discretion) allow you to return the item in it's original condition and issue a store credit for the amount of the item only, excluding all shipping charges.
Do you have a handling fee.
Yes...we take great care in packaging your order. We always put your fabric in quality plastic bags to keep the fabric safe and secure during shipping. We also tape the box or envelope securely. Therefore, we charge a small handling fee... between $1 - $2 to help offset the cost of the packaging materials.
Do you Insure packages? What if my package is lost in the mail?
We generally automatically insure anything around $50 or more. Anything less than that will only be insured upon the customers request. Unfortunatly, we can not be responsible for uninsured packages lost by the Post Office.
How does the Register To Win Button work?
Each month we have a drawing to win a $25 Gift Certificate (sometimes we choose 2 winners!). All you need to do is enter your name and email address EACH MONTH to be eligible for the drawing. The name(s) are drawn at random by computer. Duplicates are eliminated so everyone has an equal chance to win. However, if you forget whether you signed up or not....it's okay to sign up multiple times...the computer will eliminate all by one entry.
How will I know if I win? And, what do I do if I am the winner of a $25 Gift Certificate?
The winner(s) of the monthly $25 Gift Certificates are either emailed directly...or announced in the Newsletter. If you see your name in the Newsletter, you have to contact the Shop within the same month as you see your name in the Newsletter to get your Gift Certificate Coupon Code.
Note: Only one coupon or promotional event can be applied per order.
